Stokes County Maximum Security Facility was the holding cell of Juggernaut. It appears in "Survival of the Fittest" as a place to hold him. It appeared again years later in The Stuff of Heroes, when the X-Men realized Mystique had held Charles Xavier there in his brother's place.
